Being recognized as Educational Support Professional of the Year is an incredible honor. Having traveled this path before, I understand the dedication, compassion, and commitment it takes to truly make a difference in the lives of students, families, and colleagues.

My journey with Henry County Schools began in 2017 as an Exceptional Student Education (ESE) Paraprofessional at Bethlehem Elementary School, where I worked with Kindergarten through 5th-grade students in the SID/PID unit. That experience strengthened my passion for serving students with diverse needs and reinforced my belief that every child deserves to be supported, encouraged, and valued. In 2019, I was honored to receive the ESPY Award, a recognition that inspired me to continue striving for excellence.

Today, I proudly serve as the Secretary at McDonough Middle School, where I have the opportunity to provide outstanding customer service to students, parents, staff, and our community every day. With a business diploma specializing in Customer Service, creating positive experiences and building meaningful relationships is more than a skill—it's my passion. I also bring over six years of customer service experience from Delta Air Lines, where I continue to work part-time. Both roles have strengthened my ability to communicate effectively, solve problems with professionalism, and serve others with kindness and respect.

I take pride in being a dependable team player who is always willing to support my colleagues and contribute wherever I am needed. I believe excellence is demonstrated not only through the work we do but also through the way we uplift those around us. Whether I'm assisting a student, helping a parent, collaborating with coworkers, or stepping in to solve a problem, I strive to lead with integrity, positivity, and a servant's heart.

I genuinely love what I do, and I am grateful for the opportunity to make a positive impact each day. Being an Educational Support Professional is more than a job to me—it's my purpose, and I am committed to continuing to serve with excellence.
